How do I file a claim or receive authorization for repairs?
Prior to starting repairs, you or the repair facility must contact the Administrator at 800-322-3933. Customers in Florida call 800-247-9469. If a mechanical breakdown occurs outside the Administrator's operating hours, the Administrator must be contacted during the next business day. Failure to obtain authorization prior to repairs may result in nonpayment.

Warranty Solutions normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 6AM- 6PM, MT.
How do I use my roadside assistance benefits?
Please call the toll free number shown in the Added Coverages section of your contract. Roadside assistance is available 24/7 to help with receive 24/7 assistance with lockouts,tire changes, jump starts, fluid delivery and towing.
How do I use my rental benefits?
Your rental benefit is available with an authorized claim to provide you with a replacement vehicle when the covered vehicle is inoperable due to a covered mechanical breakdown. Please refer to the Added Coverages section of your contract or call 800-322-3933 for additional information.

How do you pay for claims?
We pay repair facilities for claims by credit card, direct deposit or check. Contract holder reimbursement is paid by check only.
What kind of records do I need for proof of maintenance?
Receipts for maintenance must include vehicle identification (VIN), year, make, and model and must show dates, mileage and services performed. Maintenance services must be performed in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
Is my Vehicle Service Contract transferable?
If you sell your vehicle to a private owner within your contract terms, the remaining coverage can be transferred to the new owner
